A non-profit integrated healthcare system with more than 100 Physicians and 20 APPs has an opportunity available for a Hospitalist/Nocturnist in Western Massachusetts.

Practice Details

• Varied block schedule
• A 74-bed community hospital with a 6-bed critical care unit
• The Hospital Medicine Division at our Health system consists of over 250 dedicated physicians & APPs practicing evidence-based medicine throughout our 4 hospitals in western Massachusetts.
• A 3 on/4 off schedule, 12-hour shifts with rotational Saturday coverage, excellent support from swing shift, APP cross coverage, and specialty services.
• Hospitalists are responsible for more than 40,000 discharges annually system-wide across all medical and surgical subspecialties, accounting for more than 250,000 encounters throughout four hospitals.
• Moonlighting opportunities
• Base salary over 300k + with additional comp, $20k signing and relocation allowance
