Coverage Needed :

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: At least 6 months
• Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
• Main hospital campus may consider less than 12hr shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts

Clinical Details :

• Must be willing to work at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's
• Number of beds: 12 + 4 Fast Track
• Census: 22,000
• Daily Admissions: 30% mainly geriatrics
• Certified Stroke Center
• Meditech

Requirements :

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • American Board of Emergency Medicine
  • American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
  • IM/FP with at least 500 cases in previous 12 months
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local
