The Product Experience Designer leads design efforts across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and research to prototyping and delivery—while mentoring peers, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring Mercy’s mission is reflected in every touchpoint.
Position Details:
Required
• 8+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, including 2+ years managing a design team.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile, product-centric environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Mastery of human-centered design, service design, and product discovery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
• UX or product design certification.
• Experience in healthcare or mission-driven product environments.
