• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift: 10-hour rotating shifts; weekend and on-call flexibility required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2560 - $2750 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Vermont nursing jobs
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Recent experience in a large Level 1 Trauma Center (within the last year)
• EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years (required)
• Ability to circulate and scrub in the OR
• Clinical skills in general OR, orthopedics, urology, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, general surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, and trauma
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required (public transportation not accessible)

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality perioperative care in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center OR
• Circulate and scrub for diverse surgical procedures: trauma, orthopedics, neuro, plastics, robotics, and more
• Demonstrate scheduling flexibility for weekends and on-call shifts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient care coordination
• Comply with facility policies and complete all required work history documentation
