Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a flexible approach to work which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Distribution Associate - All Shifts
Location: Ridgefield, WA
Pay Range: $19 an hour with $1.00 shift differential for shifts that start after 2pm
Shift: Day Shift: 4:30 am start, Swing Shift: 2:30 pm start, Night Shift: Sun - Thurs schedule
What's the Job?
- Pick and collect items from designated warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of items collected before packaging or staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, RF scanners).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including order accuracy and items picked per hour.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work any of the available shifts.
