We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Johnson City, TN. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Assist clients with daily living skills, social skills, and adaptive skills training

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• 1 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy or related field

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with clients and their families
