Must-have requirements: - Active NP license (state of NC or eligible) - Acute care or trauma NP experience - Competence in ED procedures (reductions, casting, traction pins) - Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS/ATLS preferred - Ability to work collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons

Join a high-volume Orthopedic Trauma Service where you'll step into a role with autonomy, procedural involvement, and daily collaboration with experienced Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons.

The Opportunity:
• Inpatient-only position
• Broad trauma exposure: upper/lower extremity fractures, pelvis, acetabulum, and more
• Perform ED procedures: closed reductions, splinting, casting, traction pin placement
• Optional OR involvement on Fridays as first assist (not required)
• Monday-Friday schedule
