About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon. This role begins on Feb 9, 2026, and features flexible scheduling options of either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week, with clinic hours between 8am and 7pm. Candidates should have at least 2 years of recent Family Medicine experience as an NP or PA.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a family medicine setting
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic illnesses
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic protocols

Additional Information

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
• Active Oregon license required
• Board certification in Family Medicine required
• Enrollment in Medicaid is strongly preferred
• The client will not accept candidates with malpractice or background issues
