• Job Setting: Hospital Operating Room
• Types of Cases:OB, Endoscopy, IR, Gamma Knife, MRI, CT
• Credentialing: 90 days, cross-credentialed at three sites

Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABA)
• Certifications: BLS
• Licensure: Active Virginia license required
