We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OB Hospitalist to provide exceptional obstetric care on weekends in West Chester, PA. Required Skills:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care and hospitalist duties
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a hospitalist or locum tenens setting
- Ability to manage high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric cases
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual skills or additional languages are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Previous locum or hospitalist experience preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work on weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays
- Willingness to participate in all relevant credentialing and compliance processes
- Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable
