Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations, with a focus on vascular health.
- Diagnose and manage vascular conditions, providing appropriate treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests related to vascular care.
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient education on vascular health, disease prevention, and management.
- Prescribe medications and other therapies as needed.
- Participate in the development of vascular health protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist in surgical procedures related to vascular care as needed.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in vascular medicine.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with specialization in vascular care preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a vascular or related healthcare setting.
