Position Details- Start Date: March 3, 2025 (or as soon as credentialed)
- Contract Length: 3 months, with potential for extension
- Schedule:
- MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- No on-call responsibilities
- Daily Census: Up to 21 patients per day
Role Highlights- Work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.
- Deliver basic procedures such as injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care.
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team, including medical assistants, receptionists, dietitians, and mental health therapists.
Requirements- Board Certification: Family Practice (BC/BE required)
- License: Active Washington State medical license required
- Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience with direct patient care within the past year.
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Spanish or Russian is a plus, but not required.
Key Qualifications- Passion for working with vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees.
- Ability to adapt quickly and provide patient care independently after a brief orientation.
- Clean malpractice history and background check.
