Job Summary
Our client is seeking a part-time Clinical Faculty member to guide nursing students in clinical and lab settings at the Indianapolis campus. This role is ideal for practicing nurses who want to mentor future professionals while maintaining their current clinical work. Prior teaching experience is not required.
Responsibilities
• Teach and supervise students at clinical sites and in lab environments
• Create engaging clinical learning experiences
• Support a positive, collaborative learning environment
• Orient students to clinical sites, policies, and procedures
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in faculty and curriculum committee activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum two years of RN experience (full-time or equivalent)
• Active, unencumbered Indiana RN license
• Ability to provide official transcripts
• Current or attainable AHA-compliant BLS certification
Schedule & Compensation
• Flexible part-time clinical scheduling up to 24 hours per week
• Competitive hourly pay with Saturday premium rates
