Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Roseburg, OR! This is a full time travel contract position.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Active OR Amedisys Oregon LLC Homecare (20108) license
- 2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
- This position begins on 12/08/2025 and ends on 02/01/2026
