This is a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) position at a 155-bed community-based teaching hospital in Southwest Georgia, offering a competitive salary and opportunity to join an established single-specialty practice. The role involves clinical duties including surgeries and patient care, with teaching responsibilities for medical students and residents. Otolaryngology / ENT Southwest Georgia Hospital-employed position seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join an established single-specialty practice at a 155-bed community-based teaching hospital with a thriving physician group. Ideal candidate may join immediately following fellowship completion, with excellent mentorship available. Salary: Guaranteed and competitive, commensurate with experience; bonus of 100% of practice profits Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM; call required 7 days per month (extra pay for additional call) Patient volume: Approximately 275 patients per month in clinic; 30 surgeries per month Opportunity to precept medical students and residents Clinic: Located within walking distance of the hospital campus Hospital amenities: Physicians lounge with meals provided, 24-hour employee gym, and a state-of-the-art medical education center with simulation labs Procedures include: Nasal endoscopy, diagnostic laryngoscopy, BMT, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction Benefits include: Generous student loan repayment assistance if needed, paid health insurance (in exchange for precepting), malpractice with tail coverage, optional W-2 supplemental package with retirement match, paid relocation/house-hunting, monthly cell phone allowance, CME allowance with CME paid time off, annual PTO plus holidays, and resident/fellow stipend or sign-on bonus for early commitment Additional notes: The medical center does not perform cochlear implantation.
