This position is for a BC/BE Ob/Gyn seeking a permanent role in Northwestern Illinois, serving a community of approximately 26,000 residents with a busy practice of about 550 births annually. The practice consists of a team of four physicians, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, and a Certified Nurse Midwife, supported by RNs and MAs. The role involves a call schedule rotation of 1:4 with a clinical focus split roughly 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology, emphasizing work-life balance and succession planning.
