Dates: 05/14 - 6/14 Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p less 30 min unpaid lunch (hours could be 8a-5p with 1 hr lunch)

Site Details: Primary Care Provider, Experience using Epic preferred, patients age range 18+ Approx 14-16 patients per shift, scrubs/business casual/white lab coat

When: 6/10-6/21 Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p less 30 min unpaid lunch (may consider p/t, but must be a set weekly schedule)

Site Details: We are looking for an full-time Family NP; all days preferred but if not a set weekly scheduling is mandatory. Work with corporate staff population at a clinic on-site of business. 5 years of experience preferred, but exceptions may made per provider and experience details. CPR req'd and will need to be able to pass Client's BG check. EPIC experience highly preferred.

Duties: primary care experience including but not limited to the following:

• Annual physicals

• Immunizations

• Lab service and phlebotomy skills (preferred)

• Biometric screening

• Preventive health exams

• Referral coordination

• Travel medicine

• Virtual health

• Women s health

REQUIRED:

MA state license; active, unrestricted

DEA

Board Certified

Certifications- BLS through AHA
