This position seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to provide high-acuity, full-spectrum care in a 40-bed emergency department handling approximately 60,000 visits annually. We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join our community-focused team in Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician or recent residency graduate who is looking for a supportive, high-acuity environment with competitive compensation and work-life balance.
Practice Details:
- 40-bed ED with advanced technology, including Trauma and Fast Track rooms
- ED sees approximately 60,000 visits annually
- Average of 15-20 patients per 9-hour shift - Double and Triple Coverage
- Full-spectrum care with hospitalist backup and strong specialty support
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule of 15 shifts/month
- Staggered shifts proportionally split between days, swing, and nights
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $466,830 annually, plus up to $100,000 in bonus'
- Extra shifts paid at a $30/hour premium
- Up to $100K in student loan repayment ($25K/year over 4 years)
