Opportunity:

IR Technologist (Interventional Radiology) - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• On-call requirements 1-2 days per week from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM when on call
• Every third weekend on call with 30-minute response time
• Every other holiday on call
• Work in 2 interventional radiology labs handling 5-10 cases per day on average
• Perform panning and scrubbing duties for various procedures
• Handle inpatient, outpatient, and emergent cases including stroke thrombectomy, embolizations, lines, tubes, visceral procedures, para, thora, and fluoroscopy
• Must have scrubbing experience
• Work with EPIC charting system and Philips Xper (Hemo) and Siemens C-Arm equipment
• Floating requirements to radiology pre/post areas
• Required certifications: BLS, CVT, RCIS or ARRT (ARRT must be registered with NDMIRT)
• Radiation badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start
• Hospital-provided scrubs and designated shoes required
• One week orientation including classroom and lab training
• Team scheduling posted 17 days in advance
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract)
