We are seeking a growth-minded Optometrist to join our renown team of 7 MD and 4 OD at South Jersey Eye Physicians . Our subspecialty ophthalmology practice has service lines including comprehensive, cataracts, refractive, pediatrics, and retina. We have 3 state-of-the-art offices in Moorestown, NJ, Columbus, NJ and Medford, NJ. This role will be at our Moorestown office. - Minimum Base Salary of $180,000 per year
- A $5,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus
- Lucrative quarterly Productivity Bonuses with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections and very attractive credited revenue for post-op co-management and LDD for LAL patients.
- Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75 th %ile compensation
- Paid CME, PTO, malpractice coverage, and outstanding benefits package including (health, vision, dental, life, etc.) and a 401(k).
