Job Summary:
ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking a PRN experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Qualified Candidates:- Acute care certified in Nevada
- Reside in the Vegas area within a reasonable commute to facility
- ICU experience required
- APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation
- Ability to work PRN, approx 4-6 shifts per month
- Ability to work days or nights
- 12-hour shifts
- 1 MD and 1 APP (7am to 7pm); 1 APP with MD on call for support (7 pm to 7 am)
- Clinical Teaching with Residents/Fellows
- Ability and interest to also cover at sister facility, Mtn View in Vegas PRN
