This role is for a neurosurgeon with a fellowship in endovascular surgery to provide locum or permanent coverage at a Comprehensive Stroke Center in Chattanooga, TN. Responsibilities include performing neuroendovascular procedures, post-operative follow-ups, and ongoing 24/7 coverage in an acute care inpatient and interventional neurology lab setting. Rate CAPS for submission:Malpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 275 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 5100 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 7650 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back 550 Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. Holiday Call Back 825 Per holiday hour of patient contacthours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
