This position begins Dec 8, 2025, and runs for 96 days, featuring a 4x10 schedule with operating room arrival at 6:45 am, case start at 7:00 am, and end time at 5:00 pm. Candidates must have prior GI experience and be comfortable working collaboratively within a structured care team.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Administer anesthesia for GI procedures and other assigned cases
- Collaborate closely with the supervising physician (MDA), who will independently handle spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks, upper/lower blocks, and fiber optic procedures
- Adhere strictly to role-specific duties as outlined by the facility
- Document all anesthesia-related activities using Epic EMR
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and care during all phases of anesthesia
Additional Information
- GI experience required
- Must hold an active North Carolina license
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
