RHINOLOGIST/SKULL BASE SURGEON

Position Highlights :
- Seeking a fellowship-trained Rhinologist/Skull Base Surgeon to o perate with Neurosurgery
- Option to collaborate with allergists, oculoplastic surgeons, radiation oncologists, and hematology oncologists
- Leadership & Growth:
- Lead the Sinus/Rhinology Dissection Lab with four stations that each have a Medtronic navigation system
- Departmental support for master's degree training if desired
- Tertiary Referral Center:
- Significant referral based and large patient population
- The only comprehensive team of Otolaryngology subspecialists in the state
- Desirable Practice Structure:
- Flexible schedule with 1.5 days clinic, 1.5 days day surgery, 1.5 combined neurosurgery time
- 90% clinical time and 10% Educational

- ENT service lead, all necessary imaging technology and image guided tools

Compensation and Benefits :
- Financial Package: $650,000-$725,000 potential with a two-year guarantee and RVU-based bonus plan
- Relocation Assistance: $25k supplement
- Professional Development: $13k annual CME

Qualifications :
- Certifications: Must be BE/BC in Otolaryngology and Fellowship trained
- Licensure: MS license eligibility
- Required Experience: Must have Neurorhinology experience
