We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to lead our OB Hospitalist Program as a Medical Director. This leadership role provides the opportunity to oversee clinical operations, enhance patient care protocols, and guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional obstetric care.

Lead and manage a team of OB Hospitalists, ensuring quality standards and patient safety
Develop and implement best practices for hospital-based obstetric care
Collaborate with hospital administration, nursing staff, and private practice physicians
Provide direct patient care, including emergency and unassigned obstetric and gynecological cases
Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and program development
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation requirements

Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an OB/GYN Hospitalist preferred
Proven leadership experience in a hospital-based setting
Strong communication and team-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively with hospital staff and private physicians

Leadership role with the ability to influence program growth and excellence
Flexible scheduling Minimum 7 shifts/month (24-hour shifts)
