Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical Unit, where we serve a diverse patient population across all ages. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your critical thinking and decisive judgment skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care, following established protocols and best practices.
- Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, and document changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Handle post-operative care, especially for orthopedic procedures and total joints.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Virginia.
- ACLS, BLS certifications required.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
