This role supports the reconditioning center at a multi-dealership automotive group by managing repair orders, coordinating vehicle logistics, and communicating with vendors to ensure timely repairs. Responsibilities include vehicle check-in/out, sublet coordination, billing, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The position requires physical stamina, basic computer skills, and adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Compensation: $18.00/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Create, open and update repair orders for in-coming vehicles to be reconditioned into Walser computer systems
- Communicate with stores as needed through phone, e-mail and/or Walser computer systems
- Greet vehicles and personnel as they drive in and direct them to where they need to be (i.e. parking/unloading/delivery)
- Monitor Coordinate and Communicate all sublets with vendors to ensure repair timelines are met.
- Maintain notes in Recon Vision regarding ETA’s on all sublets
- Check in vehicles that return from sublet
- Sublet vehicles out for body shop or warranty/recall work.
- Bill and close out RO’s when reconciled with both recon software systems
- Flip the Lot Location on all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- ·Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
- Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in Recon warehouse service departments
- Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in Recon warehouse service departments

What You Bring:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must have prior experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel and lift (up to 25 lbs.)
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must have good problem-solving skills and work well under pressure
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
