Job Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. This role emphasizes preventive care, health promotion, and patient-centered service within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outpatient primary care across the lifespan, including wellness exams and disease management.
Perform office-based procedures such as EKG, spirometry, pap smears, IUD placement, and minor dermatologic care.
Utilize EMR systems effectively (Amazing Charts preferred) to document and manage patient care.
Collaborate with administrative and clinical support staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
Qualifications:
Board Certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain; costs covered).
Outpatient GYN experience required.
Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with Amazing Charts a plus.
Strong commitment to patient-centered care; experience in LGBTQ+ care encouraged.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary ($220,000-$275,000 based on experience) plus productivity bonuses.
