Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager in Massachusetts for a day shift role requiring acute care case management and a Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Case Management department within a med-surg unit
- Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
- Staffing ratio is 1 RN to 35 patients
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday (5x8 hours, 07:00 - 16:30)
- No weekend shifts required
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- 40 hours of orientation provided
- Daily responsibilities focus on case management for med-surg adult and geriatric patients
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required
- Minimum 3 years of case management experience in an acute care setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Case Management certification required
- Bachelor’s degree required
