MedAdventures is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in St. Mary's, OH. This is a great opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work alongside an experienced therapy team in a collaborative care environment.
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Schedule: Full time- Varies based on clinic hours.
Pay: $33-36/hour. Rates are negotiable based on experience.
Duration: Direct Hire or contractor. You choose!

Must-Have Qualifications

- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in OH (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Physical Therapy Assistant Degree
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Carry out therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Help patients with exercises, mobility, and daily activities
- Track progress and share updates with the therapy team
- Teach patients and families safe exercises for home
- Keep accurate treatment notes and records
