American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts with ARRT (CT) certification and experience on GE CT scanners preferred.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital radiology department specializing in CT imaging
- Position covers Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night shifts from 11:00pm to 7:30am
- Utilizes GE CT scanners
- Patient documentation performed using Epic and Visage EMR systems
- Must ensure patient safety throughout all procedures and provide excellent customer service
- Role involves following established protocols and guidelines as directed by CT Manager and CT Clinical Lead
- Effective communication, organization skills, and a professional demeanor are essential
- Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions permitted
- Permanent residence must be over 60 miles from central Boston for standard travel rate eligibility; locals will see a rate adjustment
- Professional scrubs required
- Parking may require use of public lots with daily rates
- Active Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography is required if applicable
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- BLS certification from AHA required
- One year of CT experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform CT scanning independently and respond effectively in emergencies
- Experience with IV and oral/GI contrast administration
- Proficiency with electronic documentation in Epic or similar EMR systems preferred
