JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Vermont medical license or ability to obtain
• Board: BC/BE in Urology
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience: Pediatric urology experience preferred
