Amergis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a reputable outpatient clinic in Upland, CA. This is a locums-to-direct hire opportunity ideal for a compassionate provider with a strong background in nephrology and geriatric care.
Position Details
- Specialty: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months with direct hire potential
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Patient Volume: 7 10 patients per day
- EMR System: Athena
️ Qualifications
- Licensure: Active California NP license
- Certifications Required:
- Board Certified (BC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- DEA License
- CAQH Profile
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 2 years as an NP
- Must have experience with ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease), dialysis, and kidney disease patients
- Geriatric care experience preferred
Note: ESRD experience must be clearly highlighted on your CV.
Team & Support
- Collaborative team including a Physician, Medical Assistant, and Administrative staff
- Orientation: 2 3 days
- Onboarding: 2 3 weeks
