Responsibilities: Treating skin reactions, preventing skin breakdown, managing vascular, pressure and diabetic ulcers, initiating preventive measures, comprehensive wound management, applying topical therapies, patient and caregiver education, treating draining wounds and fistulae, wound dressing instruction, ulcer prevention education, supervising hyperbaric oxygen treatment
Required Procedures: Bioengineered skin application, debridement, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), incision and drainage, negative pressure wound therapy, post-surgical incision management, skin grafting, Unna boot, total contact casting

Submission Requirements:

• BLS Required
• Active Ohio License Required
• ACLS Preferred for HBO
• NP Wound Care Experience
