The Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive healthcare services including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on disease prevention. The role involves ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and managing overall patient care in a family-focused setting. This position requires an active NP license and DEA registration, with experience preferred in family nursing practice.
We are looking for a qualified family nurse practitioner to be responsible for providing family-focused care in the heart of Arizona . You will develop treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases, educate patients on disease prevention, perform diagnostic tests, and manage overall patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating health conditions.
- Formulating treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
- Educating patients on lifestyle habits.
- Ordering and analyzing diagnostic tests.

Qualifications:
- Active NP license in the state of Arizona
- 1 to 2 years of FNP experience (preferred)
- Active DEA
