Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse with a strong background in trauma, surgical, and neurological care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, managing complex medical needs.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of ICU staff experience specifically in trauma, surgical, and neurological patient care.
• Active RN license in the state where you will be providing care.
• Epic experience is required.
• Competency test required within 24 hours of submission.
