Non-profit hospital near Rolla, Missouri is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join their growing team.
The Opportunity
• Outpatient primary care position with optional hospitalist/inpatient shifts
• 4 day week
• Office procedures welcomed
• Be part of a collegial, supportive team of 2 primary care providers, 1 APP, and 4 MAs/RNs
• J1 and H1B support available
Compensation and Benefits
• Base range: $350,000 - $372,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)
• $25,000 sign on bonus (negotiable)
• $25,000 retention bonus paid out at year 3 of employment
• $20,000 relocation stipend for out-of-state, $10,000 for in-state
• $1,200 - $3,000 residency stipend
• Student loan repayment: HPSA Score of 16 + Student Loan Repayment Program through the state of Missouri
• 6 weeks PTO year 1, 8 weeks PTO years 2 & 3
• CME and licensure reimbursement: $6,500, 1 week on top of PTO
