This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Twice a month to start and then increase as weekly patient volume increases. 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Scope: Injections for Ortho Sport Injuries
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2 Weeks
- State Licensure: North Carolina
- Requirements: Board Certified, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and use of Eclinical Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
