- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
- 30 points per week
- Home health setting
- Home health experience required
- HCHB and OASIS experience required
- Must have 12 months home health experience within past 3 years

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
