- One week per month including one weekend
- 16 patients per day, adults only
- Outpatient facility
- 2 or 3 new consults per day
- Must cover infusion center
- 50/50 oncology and hematology split
- 50% of patients receive chemotherapy
- Hospital privileges required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
