Assistant Store Manager responsible for supporting daily store operations, supervising staff, driving customer outreach and sales of short-term financial services, and ensuring compliance with company policies and cash-handling procedures. Role includes coaching customer service representatives, managing POS and vault operations, conducting risk assessments for financial transactions, and executing marketing and community outreach to grow business. Requires high-school diploma, customer service/retail experience, brief supervisory experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to perform physical store duties and regular in-person attendance.
