Paraprofessional / Behavior Interventionist (School-Based)
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Pay: $18–$23/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
We are seeking Paraprofessionals and Behavior Interventionists to support students in school settings across the San Bernardino area. Positions involve working 1:1 or in classrooms with students who have IEPs and behavioral support needs.
Responsibilities:

Implement student IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA strategies with 90%+ fidelity (monitored by BCBA)

Collaborate with teachers and behavior teams to support classroom and school routines

Accurately collect and report behavioral and academic data

Utilize CPI de-escalation and physical intervention strategies when needed for safety

Support students with personal care needs, including toileting and diapering

Work actively alongside students across different environments (classroom, playground, transitions)
Requirements:

Comfortable with toileting/diapering as needed

Experience working with students with disabilities or behavioral needs preferred

Empathy and understanding of child development

Ability to follow ABA strategies and behavior plans

Team-oriented, patient, and reliable
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain active and work alongside students throughout the day
- May require physical intervention in response to student behavior
