Opportunity to restore mobility across inpatient, home health and hospice settings. Provide direct and indirect PT services in a post-acute rehab setting. Full-time or per-diem; on-site at Encompass Health facilities (inpatient, home health, hospice). Permanent role; schedule varies by facility/assignment. - Valid PT license (state) required - Doctor of Physical Therapy or Bachelor/Master in PT - Experience in inpatient rehab, home health, or hospice preferred - CPR certification required - Strong documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
