- Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution
- Valid state license or certification for Special Education Teaching (Mod/Severe credential)
- SEI endorsement
- Demosntrated experience working with children in a school setting, with a strong emphasis on supporting those with special needs
- Experience with discrete trials
