- High-volume, well-supported urology practice with a balanced mix of clinic, hospital, and procedural work
- Ongoing need with consistent scheduling of approximately two weeks per month
- Opportunity to practice full-scope urology, including robotic surgery, in a collaborative setting Assignment Details
- Start ASAP with ongoing coverage needs
- Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Clinic and call coverage approximately two weeks per month
- Clinic hours generally 8am-5pm, with earlier starts on surgical days as needed
- Call is beeper-based with a 15-minute response time and an expected ratio of 1:2 or 1:3
- Practice includes inpatient, outpatient, and procedural responsibilities
- Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients is required
- Admissions required

- Temporary privileges available Clinical Details
- Patient volume averages 16-20 patients per shift
- Case mix includes approximately 60% clinic, 10% hospital, and 30% procedures/surgeries
- Typical procedures include cystoscopy, stent placement and removal, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, and bladder instillation
- Equipment available includes X-ray, cystoscopes, rigid scope, bladder scanner, and TRUS
- Provider must be comfortable treating occasional pediatric urology cases, including testicular torsion presenting through the ER
- Support includes nursing, medical assistants, and multiple advanced practice providers Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology
- No specific state license requirement
- BLS required
- Ability to manage general urology with adult patients and limited pediatric exposure
- Experience with laparoscopic and robotic surgery is required
- Comfort with call responsibilities and inpatient care Compensation
