What you'll need to be successful:
RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (at this time, we are unable to assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)
Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Indianapolis area
Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with our learners
Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
