We are seeking an Urgent Care Medical Director for our expanding Redimed practices, currently operating in six locations. Redimed not only provides general urgent care services to our community but also contracts with many local companies for their business health and occupational health needs. Fort Wayne, IN is an ideal area for families, with a low cost of living, lakes, vibrant neighborhoods, and that big city, small-town feel. We are looking for an MD/DO with strong customer service skills who may have had prior director experience or is a practicing provider seeking to move into a leadership role. This position replaces our current medical director who is retiring. DOT certification and MRO certification are strongly preferred, but we will help obtain these if necessary. Occupational medicine experience is preferred but not required. We are searching for a physician who has the leadership abilities to maintain a collaborative work environment, motivate employees, and address any issues that may arise. This role offers the opportunity to use both clinical skills and business expertise. Backgrounds in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine are ideal. The incoming medical director will ideally provide a 30% administrative and 70% clinical/oversight mix.
