Start Date: ASAP once credentialed
Contract Length: Through June 2026
Shift Details: Rotating 12s or 24 Hr Shifts
Work Details:
Support staff: Teams consists of an Attending, fellow and APP. Some teams also include residents
Amount of coverage needed per month: Fulltime, 36 Hrs/week
Patients per day: 8-10
Patient population/age: Neonates
Department description: NICU
EMR: Epic
Special procedures: Intubation, Chest tube insertion, Umbilical vein/artery catheter insertion, Arterial line insertion
Daily Duties: Serving an NNP on clinical care teams - Pre-rounding on patients, rounding with multidisciplinary team, assessing patients, entering orders in epic including TPN ordering, Communicating with Attending/fellow/nursing and multidisciplinary colleagues and attending deliveries if you are at level II or on a delivery team at main hospital
