The Medication Certified Caregiver (CMA) in Memory Care provides personal care, medication assistance, and support to seniors, focusing on engagement and monitoring changes in residents' conditions. Certified Medication Aides work closely with nursing staff to update care plans and encourage participation in community activities. This role emphasizes compassionate service, professional growth, and improving the quality of life for elderly residents in a senior living environment.

Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.

Salary range: USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 /Hr.
