Estimated Weekly Salary- Weekly Salary Range: $2100 - $2250 per week (estimated)

- Healthcare Setting: Level One Trauma Center Operating Room (26 beds, 1:1 patient ratio)
- Assignment Duration: 13-week travel contract (Start: 11/30/2025 – End: 2/28/2026)
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekend Requirement: 1 in 4 weekends
- Call Requirement: One overnight trauma call (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM); additional specialty team call as scheduled
- Employment Type: Travel nursing contract
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – required for all U.S. nursing jobs
- Minimum 3 years of Level 1 trauma operating room experience
- Proficiency in Robotics (Davinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies, Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies
- Experience caring for patients across the lifespan: pediatrics to geriatrics
- CNOR certification preferred
- Familiarity with Epic EMR and surgical equipment (Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot)
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and accountability
- Deliver expert perioperative nursing care for gynecologic and genitourinary surgeries
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a high-stress trauma setting
- Demonstrate advanced skills in surgical technologies and robotics
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse age groups
- Participate in trauma and specialty team calls as scheduled
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic EMR
- Adhere to hospital protocols and dress code (teal scrubs provided)
